The award ceremony was held during which disabled people were awarded for high achievements in work, sport and creative activities. A certainly deserved award went to Nailya Akhmetovna Mangusheva – Chairman of the Public Council of Regional Cancer Center, member of the regional branch of "Movement Against Cancer", candidate of biological sciences, assistant professor of theoretical foundations of physical education at Ulyanovsk Pedagogical University named after I.N. Ulyanov.
