Roszdravnadzor opened the hot line on problems with analgesics

On behalf of the Russian Minister of Health Veronika Skvortsova, Roszdravnadzor opened the twenty-four hour hot line to receive complaints of citizens on violations of the procedure for prescribing analgesics.
The hot line 8 800 500 18 35 will receive calls from all regions of the Russian Federation 24 hour a day. During working hours, calls are answered by Roszdravnadzor specialists, during non-working hours messages are recorded and an applicant will receive a reply in the future.
Another option for patients and their relatives who face problems when obtaining painkillers is a written complaint by completing the form "Complaints about violation of the procedure for prescribing and issuing a prescription for analgesics", which is posted on the official website of Roszdravnadzor in the "Contact Us" section: roszdravnadzor.ru/services/complaints
