• prevention and treatment of infectious complications (viral, bacterial, fungal) in patients with LPD;
• optimization of LPD treatment: new dosage forms and regimens, the results of own research and observations;
• secondary tumors in oncological hematology;
Special attention in the intensive program of LymForum 2014 is paid to representatives of public and patient organizations. A presentation on topical problems of drug supply in the Russian Federation will be delivered by Dmitry Alexandrovich Borisov, Executive Director of the non-profit partnership “Equal Right to Life”, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Association of Oncologists of Russia.
As it became a tradition, during the LymForum doctors from regions of Russia will present their most interesting, complex and controversial cases from clinical practice. For discussion at the Forum, the Expert Board will select the most revealing reports covering a wide range of issues affecting the management of patients with LPD.
According to the Forum organizers and participants, such discussions allow practitioners to build a productive interaction between oncologists, hematologists, and pathologists. Discussion of clinical cases helps to solve many specific problems in time: verify the correctness of diagnoses, evaluate the effectiveness of treatment regimens and select the optimal ones based on practical experience of many Russian doctors.
