Noncommercial Partnership “Equal Right To Life” mourns loss of Nina Sokolova

On February 18 Nina Sokolova, Head of the Regional Administration of the Federal Service on Surveillance on Healthcare for Nizhny Novgorod region, suddenly died. The news came from the Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy where Nina Nikolayevna was the Head of Pharmacy Department of the Faculty of Advanced Medical Training since 2003.

The board of the Medical Academy offers sincere condolences to Nina Sokolova’s family and the staff of the Administration of the Federal Service on Surveillance on Healthcare on the occasion of the sudden and sorrowful loss.
Nina Sokolova was born in 1963, in 1990 she graduated from the Perm State Pharmacy Institute with specialization in pharmacy. In 2000 she passed PhD defense on the subject “Research in development of methodical approaches to the choice of optimal pricing system (as exemplified by Nizhny Novgorod region)”.   
Nikolay Dronov, member of Public Council under the Ministry of Public Health of the Russian Federation, chairman of the Executive Committee of Interregional Public Movement “Movement Against Cancer” offers sincere condolences to Nina Sokolova’s family: “Nina Nikolayevna was our friend and a good warm-hearted person. She reacted quickly to the patients’ needs, always helped and never neglected our complaints, advised a lot. We really mourn this loss”.
The Ministry of Public Health of Nizhny Novgorod region offers condolences to Nina Nikolayevna’s family on the occasion of untimely death. “It’s sad to realize that plans and dreams of this right and talented person and a great professional was full of left not implemented. We will always cherish the memory of her. We wish you power and courage in this mournful hour”, the Ministry’s message says. 
Burial service and funeral of Nina Sokolova will be held on February 20.
